Hi everyone~
I haven't posted here in a while. But I've been doing my WATP. I hope you don't mind if I start posting here again! This morning I did the 2mi for Abs with the ab belt. I look forward to getting to know ya'll again.

CASSIE -- Thanks for the compliment on the pic! I changed it from the first one I posted here. I'm still trying to get used to it though, because I feel like it makes my face look fat, but it is what it is, and I just need to get this weight off!!!

Welcome Cathy, I'm probably new here since you used to post. I'm so glad you're joining us. Michele, It sounds like you'll have a busy week with in-laws arriving. I hope their visit is a good thing . I love to see photos, so give posting one a try. It's easier than it sound. Michelle, I certainly don't think you face looks fat. You don't look like you even need to lose weight from your avatar. Cassie, I wish I had your energy! And knowing that you exercise twice a day and also have two (beautiful) little ones to take care of is so impressive! Keep it up!

Today is my rest day, although I've been up cooking for a youth fundraiser at church since 6:00. Have a great father's day.

Michelle I think your hair looks great and doesn't make your face look fat. I like your glasses too. I need to go get a new pair!!
I haven't worked out this morning, slept in. But will try to get a walk in later if dh and the boys go do their thing. I weighed in this morning and am at 220, so I'm wanting to kick it up a notch this week! My goal is to be in the onederland by my birthday in Sept. I want this weight off NOW, but know that the slower it goes, the better chance it'll stay off.

CATHY -- Thanks for the compliment; my DH and DD say I'm my own worst enemy about bring myself down, but I hate my pictures! I got my glasses in the young teens area, because they are smaller and I hate womens glasses because they always seem so big!

TAMMY -- Today is also my rest day, and I'm also cooking a big dinner for Fathers Day. My older daughter and her husband are coming over so we are going to take some new pictures with both of them and all of us in them. Does anyone know how to attach a picture, I guess like Cassie did previously, in my post so later on, I can post a new picture of my daughters? Thank you for any help, and have a great day everyone!

I did the 30 Minute Walk this afternoon, after all kinds of cleaning. My kitchen sparkles! The guest bedroom is ready. The laundry is DONE! All I have left is a bit of vacuuming and the bathroom (which I HATE).

Michelle, do you have a photobucket account? If not, go to www.photobucket.com and set one up--it's FREE! Then, upload your pictures there, and then copy and paste the IMG url here for us to see your photos. Hope that was clear enough, if not, let me know!

I did the 3 mile original WATP with the 2 pound soft weights. I'm in class tonight from 5-10, so that's it for me for the day.

Hi Everyone, I never got it together today, but DS and I did do weightlifting Sunday, which was supposed to be a rest day. Hopefully, I'll get back on track tomorrow. See you all tomorrow!-
