CASSIE...I have had so much stress with migraines and my mom being taken by ambulance to the ER yesterday, but I WILL be back on plan Monday and doing my WATP pounds again! My mom is doing much better and back at home now. You are an inspiration to me and make me want to get my exercise in every day!!!

Thumbs up

WATP Walk & Kick!!! And I did it straight through!! :Carrot:

I saw it at Walmart last night and decided to buy and I am so glad I did. Think I canmake it through a two mile workout since I made it through Walk & Kick? Or is Walk & Kick easier? I can't wait for my workouts to come in the mail.

Good for you! I bet you'll make it through 2 miles..I think W/K is supposed to be equal to 2 and 1/2 miles.

Hi, I didn't post over the weekend, but I did:

Saturday - gardened for about an hour, no other exercise, so used this as free day

Sunday - walked outside - 3 miles

Monday - 3 mile express

Walk and Kick is 2 miles and Walk and Jog is 2.5 (according to the experts at Leslie Sansone's site). Way to go on doing W/K! I've only done it once and my knees didn't like it!

I've missed posting for a few days, Friday the 2nd I got in a 2 mile WATP express and my weight lifting, Saturday was a day off, Sunday I did a 3 mile WATP for abs and weights. This week is going to be messed up and I'm not sure I can get any actual WATP workouts in I hate that. But it's just for a week so I'm dealing with it. My oldest son (12 yo) is in football camp all this week. It lasts for 1 1/2 hours and it's far enough away that I can't drive him there, come home and workout and get back....not to mention gas prices!! So today I did a 3 mile walk at a walking path near his football camp. Hoping I can get my two other kiddos to cooperate the rest of the week and allow me to get an outdoor walk in while we're killing time until we can pick bro up I'll get a workout in one way or another

I did the 3 mile with the belt from the 5 mile DVD. That fast pace felt GOOD!

PS- Later this afternoon, I added the 1 mile Super Challenge!

Michellrp...where you at, girlie? Hope all is well!

Ugh! I feel AF coming on...having cramping and am soooo exhausted! Soooo, I imagine that I'll be retaining water if I'm not already. Did manage to get my workouts in today, but I must admit that I didn't do them with the 'high energy' that I usually use!

Morning Workout~Walk/Kick

Evening Workout~2 Mile High Calorie Burn (I did this one without weights because I think I tore a muscle in my arm...it HURTS! )

Have a great evening ladies!
