Evenin' ladies! I am still not using weights because of my sore arm....oh well!
Morning Workout: 3 Mile Super Fat Burning Walk
Evening workout: Did some reverse crunches, crunches with a twist, and regular crunches, lunges, squats, and bridges. Also did about 10 minutes of Tae Bo Cardio.
CASSIE... I'm still here, but I have only just started back with WATP again. Today I did the 1 mile get up and started and I probably will only being doing this one for the next week until I get used to it again, but I guess it's better than not doing anything! I still lost another pound this week, so I'm happy about that! You're doing so good with your exercising, every day girlie!!! You should have been doing to me awhile ago LOL!
TAMMY... Thank you! Did I see you had said that you use Fitday? I just started today, and still trying to figure a few things out, but I'm sure it will get easier with time.
I do use Fitday. I used the online version for a while, then I went ahead and got the PC version. It does get easier, especially after I added some of the custom recipes that we use frequently. Now it's just a matter of a couple of minutes a day, unless it's a new recipe that we're trying.

Tammy~Wow...you've lost a LOT of weight! What an inspiration! I used to have one of the Somorsizing books, but I have NO idea what I've done with it!
I'm just feeling REALLY bad, because I seriously binged today. I haven't eaten that much in a loooong time, and I think it's because AF showed up this morning. Starting a new day tomorrow, and I will get back on track so I can see another loss next Friday.
