Hi Cassie, AF can certainly cause that, even though I don't see her much anymore. You've got a good attitude though, knowing that tomorrow is a new day and you'll be back on track. We all have those occassional binge days. You do so good on your exercise!

CASSIE & TAMMY... I'm really inspired by BOTH of you! You both have lost a lot of weight, and I can't wait until I'm there with you! I have thought of getting the PC version of Fitday Tammy, but what is the difference from the online version? Today was just my first day, and do you log in your sleeping or regular daily jobs you do under activities?

Michelle, The only activity I log in is any planned exercise. Otherwise I have it set as sedentary for all day except 8 hours sleep. I've heard others say that it overestimates your calories burnt, so I just decided to keep up with intentional exercise and let the rest go.

The PC version of fitday is very similar to the online version. The PC version has lots more reports, which are nice, but I could do with or without them. The best thing about the PC version is how much simpler entering custom recipes is. You can drop and drag the ingredients and tell it how many servings it makes. From what I remember of the online one, you have to enter the ingredients as if it were one day's foods then add them up and divide it to get the per serving calories. It just wasn't very flexible for custom foods. The downside of PC fitday is that you're unable to have a public fitday, and you can't use it on any PC. You have to actually install the program on each PC and move the backup file back and forth to get it to another computer. I would keep using the online version, and if you get really frustrated entering custom foods, it might be worth going to the PC version. If you don't enter many custom foods, you may be happy to stick with the online version.

Well, 2 days in a row of light, late workouts. Yesterday, I just procrastinated, but eventually did the Power Mile with 3 pound weights.

Today, I was in class all day and didn't get home til after 7. I just finished the 1 mile Express workout with the stretchie. I am exactly 1/3 of the way to my goal and it's the 10th day of a 30 day month. Right on track! I should really bump it up this week since my in-laws arrive around the 20th for a few days.

Hope everyone is having a nice weekend! I've got HOMEWORK to do!

Michele

I just finished the 2 mile Abs workout with the belt! I still have HOMEWORK to do plus all the usual weekend chores, since I was gone all yesterday.

Have a nice day!

Finally back to the WATP routine!! Whew. Missed it last week with my son in football camp and having to run all over the place between it and baseball for my younger son. But I still got workouts in every day last week, just used a walking path instead while ds was at camp.

Today I got in a 3 mile WATP express.

Hi everyone, DS and I did some weightlifting last night, not enough to really count as a workout, but some.

Today is my rest day - Yay!

See you all tomorrow.
