Hi Everyone!
I had a busy day, like I thought it was going to be. I didn't get a formal workout in but I did enough marching in place, kicking, etc to get my 10,000 steps in. I am satisfied with doing that today. I didn't think I was going to be able to even get that. So I do feel accomplished.

good evening! did 2 miles leslie Sansone before I went to see dad today. went to see him today because today is his birthday. power walked and ran errands before supper tonight.

Diana: DH is doing well. He has a great attitude. His doctor wants him to see another doctor, because the PET scan didn't show any tumor even though the blood work indicates something is brewing.

Hi Everyone!
Check-In: I tried a dance workout from youtube. I gave up around 30 minutes. Then I moved on to sugar hill gang rapper's delight on youtube. I danced for about 45 minutes and I got my 10,000 steps in.
