good morning! had breakfast. did 2 miles leslie Sansone. went for a power walk and ran some errands. also watched a video clip of reba mcentire singing the lord's prayer at president George h.w. bush's funeral on Wednesday. beautiful rendition!

HI Everyone!

Check-In: Cathe's Travel Fit, only the standing section

Today's workout was a bit of a disappointment. I knew it was around 50 minutes but what I didn't realize was that they went to the floor half way thought the workout. Since the workout was so short, I didn't get my steps in earlier in the day. I had to do some extra marching and jogging in place to get my steps in.

HI Everyone!

It's been raining all day, today. We had our church ladies Christmas get together today. Then me and one of the ladies from church were suppose to go donate blood. We got there but the bus was not there. It appears that they booked 2 places for the donation. We went to the other location but they were booked. We didn't want to wait in the cold/rain for a possibility to donate. We decided to try again another day. But those things took up most of my day and basically I didn't get much movement today. I wanted to hit my 10,000 steps so I put in Leslie's Ultimate 5 Day Walk Plan and walked until I got my steps in.

Check-In: Leslie Sansone 4 Miles and I got my 10,000 steps in
