15 minutes upper body seated exercise
I don't know how i am going to make it another two weeks sitting down all the time. I am now in the weepy/angry stage of recovery, you know the place where you cry like a baby, but are so angry you could bite a nail in half, lol. I see the surgeon Wednesday morning so hopefully I am healing well and everything looks good. I am paranoid I have somehow broken the metal pin, even though they said if I broke it I would definitely know it. |

good evening! 2 miles leslie sansone before I left for work this morning. power walk and running errands after I was dropped off but before I punched in. power walked and ran errands on my way to supper tonight. I took a longer route to supper tonight as I went to the farmers market and bought local honey. I power walked home from supper tonight. my fitness goals for today have been attained. :D
