I know that I'm still very heavy but I'm feeling SO much better and my workouts are getting stronger!

Hi all,

Only managed a walk today about 45 minutes. Took the kids to the theme park - so did a lot of moving there too.

Turbolaura - good for you that you are feeling stronger. I always like the feeling that exercise gives me. I think it makes me feel thinner than I am! I teach Mathematics and Statistics.

Smilingin - you're exactly right! Exercise makes everything feel better and yay to math!

Today: Turbo Fire 55. Time to burn it up!

2.5 more pounds gone this week!

Great losses Turbolaura and Teacher1 .....

I've done 40 minutes of cardio on the elliptical and a half hour yoga class in the virtual room ....

Your doing great too ... I agree with Diana we seem to be very consistent .....

didn't get any exercise after supper last night but did straighten out all the drawers in my desk. have a bag ready for the garbage. will exercise with leslie sansone's 3 mile walk after breakfast.
