Happy New Year ..... With NZ being the first place to see the new year in - I already have my first walk in 2016 done and dusted...... It was a good hour with lots of steps .... My phone says 5km and 33 flights of stairs ...... Hope to have a great month. I'm off on holiday on Monday - but hopefully will be able to keep active whilst at the beach ...... Take care all, |

Today is our last day in the mountains. I just opened the sliding glass doors to let some fresh mountain air in the room. :brr: I am getting ready to have some coffee. :coffee: Today will be a travel day so no workout will be reported for me. I guess I could hit the gym before I pack but I am not THAT dedicated. :rofl: I will workout during my vacation but I don't do anything early in the morning. I should arrange for a late checkout when we travel. Anyways, wishing everyone a Happy New Year! I hope you had a safe but fun evening. there are no magic bullets, I would have found them by now. 30 years in the "fat trenches" and I am coming around the mountain again weighing 250. UGH. I know I can do this. it is just when? now! I am tired of feeling this way. I have limitations on me with this weigh on me. I had a stroke last year. TIA ya think that would have woke me up Nah, food vs health. food won. I quit drinking over 2 years ago now. I have been thru **** and back, no not back just ****. well "the times they are a changing" bob Dylan.

I just got back home. Now I need to get everything washed and put away. I thought traveling and vacation was supposed to be fun. :p Don't even get me started about the ticker! UGH! I had a huge gain! Teacher: I admire you for being willing to adjust the ticker up! I never do. I weigh daily and experience many fluctuations. Vacations or any trip out of town is sure to mean at least a small gain. So far, I have only been willing to adjust down. Getting back into the swing of things. Check-In: KCM's Cardio Pump - Interval Pump Premix w/10's Teacher That's a good idea. I think I am going to wait until next Saturday to adjust my ticker. That gives me a week to undo some of the damage. I am totally jealous of you and your Y after working out at the gym while on vacation. There isn't a Y that's close to me.
