i cant wait to hit a gym again, my local gym was closed for about 3 months and it should be open in a next few days, i got a new bike so im doing at least something !

thanks! had a great meeting at my tops meeting tonight. a member who was long absent because of family issues was welcomed back. also the chapter had a weight loss tonight. I was one of the members who lost this week.

....... but in my head I do separate incidental walking and exercise walking .... My car has been in the workshop so doing a little more incidental walking than I'm use to ...
My daughter and her friends are going to the lake to day for her birthday - so think I'll squeeze in a walk when I get there ....

Does anyone have a suggestion on a good microwave frozen veggie? I love fast dinners but tonight made a cauliflower 'pizza'! Delicious and under 300 cals per serving!!
