I will "boost" all the walking sections and then do the additional moves like she does. Here's another indoor jogging workout that I like:

Good Morning, Everyone!
Nothing for last night or this morning. The insurance company is wanting to take pictures inside my Mom's house again and I have to meet them there. They do this type of inspection every few years. It's about an hour drive each way so I need to get a move on things this morning. I sure wish that house would sell. But, everything happens in the time that's it's suppose to.

i'm having a great day. breakfast: 1 egg scrambled, 1 banana, 1 c ff milk, and 1/2 c. grape juice. lunch: 1 special k protein/meal replacement bar, cottage and apple sauce. snack: greek yogurt and 1 Hershey's special dark bar.
