Diana: Yes, I enjoy DailyBurn very much. They have a great variety and have recently added DB365. That is a daily 30-minute total body workout that is different everyday with a different trainer each day and is recorded live everyday. No equipment is needed. Modifications are demonstrated for different fitness levels. You go at your own pace and get a tremendous workout. I do that four times a week and throw in other stuff just for even more variation.

I've fallen so far off track yet am motivated to get back to my slim/fit self.

I did a 60 minute walk this morning - then the family decided to do a 2 hour hike .... Then we played in the surf for an hour ..... Kind of ruined the whole day (health wise) by having fish and chips on the beach though ..... -

Smilingin2013 It sounds like you burned a lot of calories with the walk and hike. Overall, you may have done better than you thought. Enjoy the beach and modify things where you can.
Check-In: KCM's Cardio Pump - workout 2 w/10's - this one is the strength training workout. The last 3 minutes are various chest presses on the floor. I did 2 minutes of push ups instead of chest presses and the last minute I held a plank for the minute. I was short on time today so I wasn't able to do the combined workouts premix.
