breakfast: 1 c. multigrain cheerios, 1 c ff milk, 1 banana, and 1/2 c. grape juice. will work out with leslie sansone's morning mile walk in a few minutes.
30 minutes of leslie sansone's 2 mile walk this afternoon. had a busy afternoon. had be at the bank by 3:00 for a brief meeting with the assistant branch manager. she just needed to make sure all my information was up to date. after I was done there, I went to the supermarket next door to pick up some groceries that I didn't have enough money with me to pay for this morning.
Who is ready for a weekend! I need a weekend to get some office stuff done. I just can't seem to get the transition from 2015 to 2016 done during normal business hours.

It's the weekend here already - and it's a scorcher ...... Have done our 7km walk by the river ...... and hopefully I'll get to do a little yoga later ....
Saw on the news there was a snow storm for parts of the US - hopefully not where you guys are !
Work got in the way so I didn't get a workout in today. This weekend I will have to focus on getting the old stuff out of the office and the new in. It's almost the end of the month again so I don't have much time left. It's too hard to do much during the week with Cody in there and people coming and going in the office. I hope to get workouts in but the office is a priority this weekend. We'll see how it goes.
