I ended up taking a rest day. Not happy about it but it just had to be because I didn't get home early enough to do anything. I had fun at the dessert social except I feel so sick after trying 10 desserts. I only had a little bit of them but I guess when you aren't used to that much sugar, you just feel yuck!
Running in the morning and probably Thursday morning as well!
A great tummy trimmer and upper leg/but exercise is laying on your back, raise your legs up and then "write" each letter of the alphabet in upper case with your legs in the air. When I first started I could only do 3 letters at a time
How does everyone decide on a target weight? I weigh way more than I did in high school but after 10 kids I don't think I could get back there unless I was sick.
hey gang... I got up late this morning so only did 20 minutes on my exercise bike... but it's still 20 minutes LOL
Sharon, I agree with you... sugar makes me feel bad. I never noticed until I cut way way down on sugar, but now when I have it I just don't feel right.
