Carol..Okay, listen to the body..and heal well..40 min is great!!
I was planning on doing indoor walking session tonight, but am tired and bloat feeling from Easter foods on Sunday.. I will be home all day tues, so I am planning to do more than.

I did two 12 minute miles this morning with Leslie! I used that latest walking video that she posted on facebook and that I put the link to on page 1 of this thread. then did planks and squats

5 min side steps,marching!!
This past weekend started tracking fitness minutes and my goal for this month is to aim 1,000 min...so far hit 100..have plenty to go on..

I didn't do anything in the morning, but did have strength training after my conference.
Tomorrow morning planning on running! I'm definitely addicted to it.
I saw that facebook post that she had but didn't have time to watch it/do it.

I did 30 minutes of walking this morning with some great upbeat music. used handweights for 10 minutes of the walking. then did squats and planks.
