Hey gang!
I think I forgot to post yesterday!
I went on the group bike ride (34 miles) but didn't do so well. Was the last one back! I gave blood last Sunday afternoon and I have not been back to normal on running, lifting weights or biking. The last two times I tried to donate they said my iron was too low. But last week they said I was at the minimum level so I donated. I question if I really was because I have been so weak for a week. But last night I ate a huge spaghetti and meatballs to try to bring that iron up. And I also had spinach a few times!

Anyway today DH and I went for what was supposed to be a 50 mile ride and it ended up being 67. Legs are tired! We had to go slow because it was windy and because I am still not quite back to 100%. Although I felt pretty good most of the way!

lol, yes, had to give some thought to those synonyms when spelling.

Ran 3.15 this morning. Just a very slow, easy run to recover from biking!

I agree like cleaning/housechores is an excellent exercise! Sunday...did one hour spring cleaning, plus 20 min walk of mini food shopping.

Monday..resting, sorta..sciatica flaring up and I might do something later.

Everyone is doing great!! Well done ladies!!

Going to my weight training after school today. Then two more runs for the month of April. I have a goal of running 72 miles in April. I am at 61 -- so I should hit it. I have been slowly increasing it. But I don't think I will increase for May because I am going to be away for a week. I might run more then, might run less! IDK!
