20 min walk on Leslie's new dvd. It's hard to explain, but toward the end during the cool down she starts talking to some of the girls and says one is a new mom and one is eighty years old..........she doesn't look that old but she did move like me, and I'm only 65 but I've had a stroke.
It's so great that you walk as much as you do after a stroke. Staying mobile is so I portant as we age. I'm right behind you at 53. 😃 Which dvd is it?
Cathy and I were talking about the new one in early Sept. but I don't know if she actually ordered it. I'll be glad when someone else does get it so we can compare notes.
It's called walk off fat fast. Someone here posted that they were ordering it. Maybe it was Cathy.
OK, somehow I missed it! I got the one with the 10 mini walks but didn't get that other one.
I finished the 5K today beating my time from last time. I finished in 28:35.
Think I am going to take tomorrow off. I got really cold after the race and feel a chest cold coming on.
hey gang I am so sorry I haven't been here for 2 weeks... I have been sick as a dog... first allergies, and then a big ole cold, and then it moved into my ears... and well I'm finally on the tail end of this mess LOL
I did get the new dvd last week from amazon (Walk Off Fat Fast) but just put it in the dvd player this morning for the first time. I did the 20 minute walk this morning.
I was also shocked when Leslie introduced the 2 women and one of them was 80! wow! I wanna look like that at 80!!!
