Took this morning off from exercise since I have strength training after work.
Since I am running 3x a week and biking on the weekend I think I need to take it easy without cardio the days I strength train!
I was really exhausted and starving yesterday which my DH says is because of the two long bike rides. We went 50 miles over the weekend.

Ran three miles, or 30 mins. Then the usual Lealie flexibility walk.
Last night of the 8 week college class I teacher is tonight. Then a two week break till it starts over on Thursdays. Going to have to adjust my runs, walks, etc!

Know how she says do you ever regret exercising and they all say never. Well when I'm exercising it hurts but I do it to keep walking in normal life.
