Deb I think the energy swings is coming from TTOM. Right now I am having 5 days on and 5 days off. I think I am going through the change. I have a gyno appointment in 2 weeks. I doubt she can tell me anything for sure. I can hear her now "yes that sounds like the symptoms". I'm thinking that it's the change and all of this nonsense will eventually stop or I'm dying and I will eventually be dead. Problem solved, either way. The Leslie workouts that I have done recently are pretty new. The one I did yesterday, I bought from Best Buy for $9.99 or something like that. My favorite is her Ultimate 5 Day Walk Plan. There are so many options on this DVD.
Diana: The good news is that if your symptoms are due to menopause, you will live through it. We all do! And you are all ready doing the best things you can do to help, namely exercise and managing your nutrition. In addition, you can try some herbs like black cohash for relief. The health food stores have herbal blends specifically for this.

We went out of town this afternoon and just got back home. This morning I went to the shop to work out. I didn't want to do it, but I was glad after I did it.

My dad is much better and they rescheduled their big trip to Paris, the week before Thanksgiving. School is good but crazy busy. i wonder if it will slow down or maybe I'll just have to wait until June to have calm.
