I like it. I still like the three mile remix and party, too. And I like the ten min ones when I'm busy with company. I have so many of her dvds now I should give some away.

Took the morning go off and then had my strength training after work. Running in the am and tomorrow starts the next session at the college where I teach. It's always so hard to start but once you get going it is fine.

Ran this morning, adding more time so that I can eventually run five miles. Jeez, can't believe I'm even saying that!
Did my favorite Leslie flexibility afterwards!

Have you ever noticed how fitness people have trends? It used to be intervals. Now they are saying a moderate pace burns the most fat. Keeps Leslie busy. ha

Yes I have noticed that! I haven't heard about the "moderate pace" thing yet. Probably because I don't have that latest video yet.

But, yes, it's trends with everything! There are all these new places called "Orange Theory" and they supposedly have you exercise for a short amount of time doing intervals and then you burn a lot of calories. Never been to one but it seems to be popular. So intervals are already going out?

I had my class last night and got home really late, so couldn't get up to exercise. But I have my strength training after school.

Happy Halloween! Kids are wild at school, Halloween and Homecoming is this week, dance tomorrow. I have to chaperone.
