Woke up early this a.m. and did BSB. I did FS yesterday and LOVED IT!!!!!
Tomorrow is SC which I've tried 3 times now. Still having trouble getting all the moved down but I'm sweating alot!!! I just received FB in the mail and looking forward to pressing play.
Hi, all. I walked the dog for 30 mins and did Upper Body Split today. I didn't mind it. It didn't seem too focused on any one type of exercise, although several of them were repeated. I got through it without wanting to die, so I definitely need to up my weights!

Today I did Firm Express C1 Cardio. This completes the first week of the rotation. Next week it's on to Cycle 2 (I feel like I should complete C1 again)
Hey Firm Believers!! I did LIA this a.m. I"ve been waking up early every day and doing a Firm w/o. I am NOT a morning person, but it's been pretty good.
I have one more week and that I'm going to my mother's for a week which means w/o will only consist of walking. I have some w/o bands I think I'll bring.
I think I forgot to post yesterday. I did Complete Body Sculpting and walked the dog for 30 mins. Today is a rest day, so I will only walk the dog. I upped my weights (just from 5 lbs to 8) for most arm/leg work, and my quads are feeling it today!

Hey ladies! I'm finally back from the longest family visit ever. I did some Firm workouts, but mostly did a lot of hiking and playing outdoors. I'm jumping back on the Firm bandwagon tomorrow!
