I saw an infomercial for the firm express but am just a college student so i dont have the funds to commit to the purchase just yet without getting more info. Ive seen your posts so far, but have you seen any body changes/weight loss since your two weeks trying it? It just seemed too good to be true! Im thinking of even going to a local library to see if its available. Also, I heard that they sell some of the videos separate, do they follow the same 2o min a day plan or are they different? Pardon the extra verbiage, i look forward to your answers!!
I've been MIA for a couple weeks but today I am back to Firming and am going to have a great August. Yesterday I looked at a before & after pic of me when I did a Firm TransFirmation rotation and WOW I looked so good and made such a transformation in just 30 days. Today I will start out with an express workout and work myself back up to the full versions. I now have less than 4 months before my cruise so I have to hit it hard.
Chrys - I'm sorry I to hear about your knee! How's it doing? How was your visit with your daughter?
Steph - Yes you can purchase individual workouts. You can find them at Walmart and try Target also. You can find them online too. Just google firm fitness dvds.
Gettinfit, I'm glad you are back!! My knee is healing; I did Pump Jump & Jab yesterday, in addition to walking for 50 mins. I pulled my stitches a little, but didn't split them open, so I will do another workout today. We had a great visit with our daughter! It was way hot and humid there (95+ temps with 90% humidity - yuck!) but we still had lots of fun!
Hi Chrys - I hope you knee is better today and I'm glad you didn't pull your stitches loose. I didn't get my workout in yesterday. I worked late and when I got home, all I wanted to do was eat my dinner (excuses, excuses right ) I have a new Firm DVD that I am anxious to try.
Hi, Gettinfit! I walked 4 miles w/ the dog on Sunday, yesterday I did Cardio Dance Express and one FE workout along with walking 2 miles, and today I did TLT Strength in Movement along with walking 2 miles.

Thurs 8/18: Tough Tape 2 and 2 mile walk
Wed 8/17: Dangerous Curves ahead and 2 mile walk
Tues 8/16: WW Punch! and 2 mile walk
Mon 8/15: Bust & Butt (modified for no knee bends) and 2 mile walk
Sun 8/14: 2 mile walk
Sat 8/13: 6 mile hike in the Sawtooth mountains. Fell and split my knee open where my stitches were still healing
Fri 8/12: 7 mile hard hike in the Sawtooth mountains
Now I have an infection in the new stitches. It's always something, it seems.
