hi! I've done the Firm workouts back when they were all on VHS!! I'm starting again with the old Firms but on DVD. I need to buy a few more but only a few at a time.

Tonight, i'm doing Tough Tape II and 5 Day Abs.

Hi Gigi - I have 5 Day abs on VHS too. I haven't done that one in years.

I'm checking in with Cardio Fusion Sculpt. Didn't much feel like working out today but I did the express version of this one.

Hi GettinFit!

TT2 and 5DA were pretty good. Not as tough as i thought it might be! Tonite, is Calorie Explosion and another set of 5DA.

Hi Firm Ladies!

I missed a workout yesterday. It was a stressful day and I just couldn't get it in. I'll make it up on the weekend. Today I did the 500 Calorie Workout.

I did LIA last night and was so, so, so tired afterwards. But it was good. Tonight is TT2 and Day 3 of 5DA.

Happy Saturday!! I had a lot of time on my hands today so I did Upper Body Split and Maximum Cardio Explosion. I skipped the abs in that video and did 5DA, Day 3.

Hi all. I took most of the week off because I've been tired and weak because I was anemic. I'm feeling better, so I walked the dog 30 mins today. I'm hopeful for a firm workout tomorrow.

Chrys - I'm glad you're feeling better.

Gigi - You're so right, we have to take it one day at a time. Glad everything is going good for you too.

I hope we all have an awesome week.

This morning at 6:30am I went for a very intense 5 mile walk. Since I'm off work today, I wanted to sleep in so bad but I forced myself to get up and do it. I also did Jiggle Free Abs.

cdayley - Hope this week is better for you!
Gigi - Thinking that has been getting me through the past couple of weeks!
GettinFit - Good for you! If it were a holiday here, I would have had a hard time waking up that early!

I'm traveling tomorrow so I've spent most of the day preparing for my trip. I won't be able to squeeze in a workout today, or tomorrow, so I'll have to do workouts on the weekend. Phew! I'm tired!

Does packing and cleaning count for a workout?
