Hi. I did my Firm 500 Cal Workout this morning. I adapted my push-ups to hopefully be kinder to my shoulder. The doc said that push-ups aren't the best and not to over do. I was pumping out 9 each time the video said 4, and ready to go to 10. Now, I do one plank for each 4 push-ups. I have PT in two weeks so will learn what else I'll have to modify in order to heal.
I'm working on shortening my time wasting before I hit the "play" button. Sometimes I can waste an hour after I wake up because I don't want to move. Argh! Since it is 64 minutes from warm-up to cool-down, I mess up my morning if I get too lazy. I'll always do it but I can't stand running everything else late.
@iaradajnos I have the hardest time with pushups, so I tried alternating with a couple of planks today, and I must say planks are much harder than I thought they would be. I thought it would be a bit of a break!

Today, I did Cardio Overdrive. I was going to do Tight Buns and Killer Legs but I didn't have the energy for another 30 minutes. So I just repeated one of the cardio segments.

Got up a little earlier this morning and did Cardio Dance Express with Allison. Wanted to get it done before work since it's so hard for me to workout after work on Friday.
