GettinFit - I haven't been able to "sleep in" for years. I still wake up every morning by 6:30. Like it or not.

Hi, ladies. I walked 30 mins on the treadmill and did Supercharged Sculpting today. And I was still upright at the end of that!

Yesterday was a rest day for me. This morning I did Hip Hop Abs. I may try and get in a Firm workout after work.

Hi, ladies. No workouts to report, but I gardened for 4 hours on Friday and 4 hours yesterday. I was lugging a 5 gallon bucket of plant starter water up and down my hillside, as well as digging big holes to plant roses in. I can hardly move today! I will walk the dog later for 30 mins.

Chrys - I'd definitley count what you did as workouts.
I walked at Stone Mountain, Friday after work, on Saturday and this evening. I did a total of 8 miles. I've set a goal of 45 miles this month.

Morning ladies,
Chrys - I did some gardening last week, and I was so sore the next day! I would totally count that as a workout!
I miss doing my old Firm workouts. Over the weekend, I did a Jillian Michaels workout, and today I did the Firm's Wave workout. My mom bought it on a whim, and since I was here, I decided to try it. I didn't like it as much as the videos that I've been doing so far. The Wave thing is too complicated, and I feel like they're trying to incorporate it into the workout too much.
Hope you all get a chance to get a workout in today!
