God bless you, Small! Have you tried giving up wheat? I've heard people have had good luck with stomach issues doing that. I'm sure I've probably asked you about using probiotics before. I hate to see you suffer.
Hi Hunger, Yeah having IBD stuff is a real pain. I actually wish it was just a food I could give up, as that would be so much easier. That aside I haven't eaten wheat for like a year

I'm going to be 38...maybe that's it? I weigh everything and keep track of all of my calories, so I know it's accurate. It's fine. I do find it funny when I read things that say eat like 1600 calories to lose. I would gain doing that!
It seems like everyone here is at like 900. It would be great if we were all able to eat the recommended 2000 and not gain. That would be fun!
2000 would be like I'd died and gone to heaven! But, I have to say, my stomach seems to have shrunk (not my gut, lol). I used to be like a championship eater, and, just last weekend, I only finished half a bucket of buttered popcorn! Though may I just note, too, that the guy who put the butter on there was not stingy - it was the best!
With my newfound eating habits, I'm thinking more about digestion. Supposedly, your stomach does better is you leave it one-third empty, but I like it better full. I'm trying to think, though, how maybe I can leave a little room at the end. It sounds dreadful, but it will no doubt be all for the good.

Oh, o. k. I wasn't too familiar, so I read some about it here: http://www.naturopathic.org/content.asp?contentid=125. As I said in another post, I'm starting to consider digestion when I eat, maybe taking some enzymes, but I guess I shouldn't be surprised I'm having more issues with a diet that is now largely vegetarian.
We won't talk about my high weight for April. I didn't even write down my high weight for April! Because I am seriously dedicated to staying at a reasonable weight, and I know I won't let myself go too high. We're just going to start fresh!

There was a lot of going out this week, since my husband's birthday was on the 11th, we had gotten Italian food the night before that, and I went out last night. I'm happy that there wasn't more damage!
