After a couple of months abroad and eating literally whatever, whenever, I weighed in today at 142lbs, nightmare! So the weightless wagon begins again today. Looking forward to it really

Hi. I am new to this thread. I have been up and down my whole life. Sometimes in the past quite high. Right now I need to lose 6 lbs. but if I do not find a way to stop the upward trend, it will be a lot more. Plus, cold weather is almost here. And my jeans do not fit anymore.

So here I am. 6 lbs to lose. Saying hello.

Hopefully I can get some exercise in this weekend as I have to clean my house. Cleaning counts right?
Cleaning totally counts! I consider any kind of large project that involves major muscle movement to be exercise, like yard work or even helping someone move. It's nice to switch things up once in a while.

Hi - I've been lurking here for a little bit. I've been fighting to take off about 15 pounds for almost two years, after having gotten most of it off before. Have recently recommitted and since I do much better when I have to hold myself accountable, thought I would try posting my progress here while getting motivated by all the others of you who are finding success!

September goal: 136

Thanks! I have to remind myself that when I do a small bounce up though, but overall it seems to be a downward trend. Fighting some colitis bloating this week so a bit concerned how that will affect things. I am worried I may need a colonoscopy soon
