    29. 56.6 kg (124.7 lbs) - 60min stationary bike. another 60min of: bar chin-ups with a chair (120), bar holds, kettlebell squats, kettlebell side abs, sun salutations, lots of stretching
    30. 56.8 kg (125.2 lbs) - woluld've been lower if i did just cardio last night but i was in the mood for strength training.

    Goal met! After two months of a very slow progress and barely reaching my monthly goal i'm very happy. Weight dropped significantly 57.9 kg (127.6 lbs) to my lowest 55.9 kg (123.2 lbs), avarage being 56.6 kg (124.7 lbs). I realized that i drop much more weight if i do cardio or no workout at all as opposed to strength training which leaves me on the same weight (maybe because of muscle inflammation?).
    I also finally managed to do almost a full bar chin-up (from standing position) and 2 half-bar-pull-ups if i jump a bit
    Next month's goal will be my dream goal 55kg/121lbs, after that - maintenance and upping my strength training.

    This month's total workout (if i don't workout tonight) => 685min (ok, considering i was sick for over a week)
    Gosh, that is an incredible regimen, and it certainly paid off - congrats!!

    And... so ends September. Getting back down to 155 was not bad, even if I didn't make it to my goal. I still lost about 8 lbs by reigning myself in

    Well, not even close to my goal but at this point, with all the traveling and off-plan eating I did in September, losing a pound overall is a miracle.

    "Only" 2.8 pounds to go in October. I think I am looking at setting a longterm goal of being/maintaining "less than 130 pounds" by the end of the year.... for my sanity, I think I have to give up on ever being in the mid-120s or less again.
    Flukes aside, y'all did great in September! Happy dance

    Well, I lost one-and-a-quarter pounds - yay! Of course, that was just weight gained during the last trip. But I have to be very philosophical and upbeat, to keep on track.

    I'm under 110, so no worries. There was an uptick this last week, but it was under a pound. I'm adding some free foods, but those will be gone at some point, and the solid losses will start again. I'm in no hurry.

    You're so nice! Yeah, no, I like to be gracious when I get a compliment, but this was not "normal" weight loss.

    I ended up August at 104.2. Then we went on vacation and the starting weight for September, 114.2, was mostly a "food baby" - temporary water and food weight from the trip. I blame being in the car a lot, but it was mostly just having a good old time eating on the road.

    I was at 109.55 at the first unofficial weigh-in in September. My finishing weight for the month was 108.7. But thank you! Support and encouragement mean a lot to me, but I don't want to take any credit where it's not due.
