Yep, bad carby carby CARB-overload weekend . I feel icky and I'm surprised the damage on the scale is not much worse.
I've gotten lazy, not tracking my food or planning my meals any more. I'm basically a maintainer at "below 135 pounds", which is certainly nothing to be ashamed of... I look fine in my (smaller) clothes again.
But I'm still really fat (not big ... fat). I stopped exercising again - I have a back issue I am trying to resolve. But I need to figure out how to do some basic cardio and start building some strength back.

Having an anything that can go wrong will go wrong couple of days- really not bad when I step back and look at it, but a killer headache that's into it's 3rd day and then my car is having issues and I'm not able to drive it today or tomorrow. I know that TOM is due any time, so I'm just trying to hold steady and not slip up from stress!
