    1. 57.9 kg (127.6 lbs) - early TOM. 1hour workout - bar chin-ups with a chair (40+30+30=100), 30 triceps dips, 40 chair butt lifts, 80 standing glute toner, 30 abs (bar hanging crunched leg raises)
    2. 57.8 (127.4 lbs) - feeling i'm getting a cold. no workout
    3. 57.9 kg (127.6 lbs) - sick, no workout
    4. 57.5 kg (126.7 lbs) - sick, no workout
    5. 57.1 kg (125.8 lbs) - wow!! lowest so far
    6. 57.1 kg (125.8 lbs) - sick

    9. 56.6 kg (124.7 lbs) - yes!! last time i was this weight i was 16 (10 years ago). still sick but feeling better.

    Speaking of big calories for one thing, I had ONE piece of fried chicken, among other things, yesterday, and it was 399 calories for one drumstick! It was so yummy, though. I made the breading with coconut flour, so the carbs would be low low low, and it gave it a slight crunchy sweetness. That one piece, with a sauteed zucchini and squash, made a good meal.

    What do you use to find out your calories, Crunchy? Some of them seem to run a little high. I always take the lowest (though reasonably accurate) reading if I use more than one source.

    Here for ya and hear ya! I gained over five pounds over the last few weeks, due to a vacation. So hard to keep track and follow rules when visiting family and friends!

    You will do what is best for you, Alexis! Sometimes we just need to chillax and give ourselves a bit of a break.

    Not sure what's up with that! I was very carb heavy this weekend. This week starts my cycle back to 900 calories though. Gonna see how this works.
    I personally find that higher glycemic carb calories (not including non-starchy veggies) are "stickier" than more natural foodstuffs. In other words, they stay around longer and aren't as easily processed by the digestive system. Don't know if it works that way for everyone, but, just looking at your history, this is kind of an unusual sequence for you.

    Yep. Fun weekend! Also started exercising again
    Yay, you! I still keep convincing myself every day that I don't have time to exercise. BUT...and this is a big BUT...I have put my laptop up on a pedestal of sorts (o. k., it's a Black and Decker "EdgeHog" box, but it's the right size ) and I stand for several hours a day now! And being up makes me walk around more, and I'm getting TONS more done. Nice and easy!
