I haven't stopped in the Feathers chat for a looong time. I am bummed at my incredibly slow weight loss (coupled with rapid gain when off plan). Didn't want to be a whiner
I've got a diet plan in place, now I just have to figure out how to get more activity back in my life. Hoping this is going to translate into pounds lost. I need to lose around 5 to be in my semi-acceptable zone... hoping that getting back to posting my weigh-ins will help keep me accountable.

GW: 145.6, which honestly would be an unusually successful month for me
May 1 - 150.6 (+0.6 from yesterday, booo) ummm... on a whim I stepped on the scale like an hour later and it said 149.6, a whole pound less, and nothing major happened in between if you know what I mean . Weight is WEIRD. I hate that I care about the scale number at all...

AHHHH so excited! Made it out of the 120's for the start of the month! Goal for the month is to get to my GW of 118 (though I might alter that to 115). Either way, what a great day!
Aw, you all are so nice! You make this easier, that's for sure. I think we have such a great group here! And I feel like we all made some serious strides in April. Onward and downward!

May 2 - 149.4 (-1.2) water weight from going lower carb?? I'll take it!
I don't know what I did, but I'll take it. It's been a hectic few weeks with the end of the semester. Hunger, I think I've doing been your alternate fasting lifestyle- I do breakfast and light dinner Monday-Friday and then eat more normally during the weekend. I'm also on my feet more outside with the kiddies at my center and drinking a lot of water.
By the end of May, I would like to be 145 lbs. I think I can continue losing 5 lbs a month for now. Might re-evaluate next month.
And now... I get to go see Avengers with my husband. Our first date in a while!
