My hip was so sore after Friday and Saturday's exercise that I vowed to rest it this week... but now it feels better and I want to go to barre.... what to do!?!?!

Thanks! I'm working my butt off! Ok, mostly still just dieting with some power walking with hills thrown in, but hey, I'll take it! There is definitely a fluttering downward motion- it's good to know my patterns so I don't get too discouraged with the numbers seem to stay still for too long!
I had a problem with a hip last weekend and it seems to be better after walking- just no jumping or twisting. Hope it's better fast! I know I hate having to change up my routines.

Thesame7 - If your hip is anything like mine, it doesnt hurt to bike. low impact. So, if you have that option at a gym, I would suggest doing that if you are going to do anything this week. And I'd say stretch and ice as much as you can, even if it doesnt hurt, to just make sure it heals.
