Thanks for asking! I stopped fasting on Wednesday morning, as I made my goal. Have had three up days in a row (Weds, Thurs, Fri) - yay!

Thank you all for the birthday wishes! I knew I would bounce up but I was able to get my 5k run in 2 days in a row, so that helped! Day off today to let my hips recover a bit - they have been sore this week since I started running again.
