Chipping away at weight is exhausting. I could bump up to the 150s in like a day of bad eating.... My family went out last night and got calories galore - pasta, pizza, french fries, burgers, sodas, alcoholic beverages. I got a salad and a side of veggies (which was great by the way) and drank water.... oh well... them's the breaks.
