Hi Feathers!
I haven't stopped in the Feathers chat for a looong time. I am bummed at my incredibly slow weight loss (coupled with rapid gain when off plan). Didn't want to be a whiner
I've got a diet plan in place, now I just have to figure out how to get more activity back in my life. Hoping this is going to translate into pounds lost. I need to lose around 5 to be in my semi-acceptable zone... hoping that getting back to posting my weigh-ins will help keep me accountable.

150.6 (+0.6 from yesterday, booo) ummm... on a whim I stepped on the scale like an hour later and it said 149.6, a whole pound less, and nothing major happened in between if you know what I mean

. Weight is WEIRD. I hate that I care about the scale number at all...
