Awww, thanks Dedikayted! Not sure when I will weight next, maybe Saturday.

Here is my today - I've upped my calories a bit from 1300 back closer to 1500. Not sure why, I guess because I was so hungry at 1300 and not seeing weight loss I felt like just giving up and eating everything in sight. 1500 might not give me any weight loss but at least I won't feel starving. I'm also trying to up my exercise, so hoping the few extra calories will give me the energy i need to do so and maybe give a slight boost to my metabolism. At the same time though, I feel like i am kidding myself and I'm going to be right back at 140 when I weigh in next.

Breakfast (350): 2 eggs over easy (140). small sweet potato, diced and steamed (120). tea with almond milk (90).

Lunch (630): salad of herb mix (10), grape tomatoes (10), tempeh bacun (100), 5 green olives (25), 1 T avacodo dressing (30), 2 T hummus (50). Slice of ww toast (90) with 2 tsp margarine (70). Small peice of chocolate coconut (150), emergenc packet (25), chocolate hazelnut truffle (70).

Dinner (520): broth (30) with 5 saltines (60). hummus with brown rice crackers (80). Amy's Roasted veggie Lasagna (350).

Exactly 1500 for the day. Seems like a ton of food, when I started dieting I was starving on 1500. Sigh. Guess I can see why my weightloss stalled...

Today was okay, I had a few too many green tea cakes, but I stayed within an acceptable calorie range and the rest of my food was very clean.

Lunch 1 (pre blood drive) yogurt, oatmeal, banana, 2 green tea cakes

Lunch 2 (post blood drive chicken fillet with mini tomatoes, sea salt tomato slices, green pepper, cucumber, 2 green tea cakes

Dinner 2 egg scramble with spinach, shiitake mushrooms, onion, curried ketchup.

Dessert 1 banana, half a mandarin orange (it was gross so I tossed it), yogurt

Exercise Tae Bo Cardio DVD in the morning, 200 crunches, 60 minutes brisk walking

Calorie Total: somewhere between 1500-1600

Today started off GREAT and then I ate 2 brownies and couldn't keep it together for some reason.

Lunch: 1 modified homemade low-fat bibimbap sort of thing (1/2 c elbow macaroni noodles, 1 cup diced fresh vegetables, tossed with soy sauce, fish sauce, lime, mirin, fried egg on top, sriracha sauce drizzled over it), 3 cups watermelon (~435)
Snack: Two brownies (300)
Dinner: a few bites of my bf's egg salad sandwich (made with yogurt, not mayo), a few bites of the home fries I made for him, 1/3 c probiotic yogurt with 2/3 c GoLean Kashi mixed in (330)
Beverages: 3 cups of tea throughout the day, each with 1 tsp sugar in the raw (60)

Total: 1125

And yes, I did actually eat 3 cups watermelon... possibly more. Sugar consumption was through the roof today.

I've gotten super lax about calorie counting since I started IF. I think it's because I'm eating, getting full, and still losing. Here's a VERY rough estimate for me today:

Lunch: couple spoonfuls palak paneer, about 1/4 c of lemon rice, 1 chapati (definitely had oil on it though), 3-4 stuffed mushrooms, 1 c fruit salad, 1 chocolate brownie thing, 1 small glass wine (659)
Dinner: a TON of focaccia my Italian neighbor made that was AMAZING, 1 cup fresh mixed diced vegetables (bell pepper, onion, scallion, carrot, cucumber), 1 c watermelon, 1/4 c aloo mutter (potato/green pea curry), 1 brownie (655)

Exercise: 20 minutes running/powerwalking intervals, 20 minutes lifting/abs

Total: 1314 (SUPER rough estimate, I didn't measure anything today. Probably underestimating)
Exercise: 120
Net: 1194

Today went okay. No idea what dinner was, but tried not to over do it and went light for breakfast and lunch.

Breakfast (295): 1/4 cup oatmeal (75) with 1 T almond butter (100), 1/2 cup of blueberries (30) and 1/3 cup almond milk (30). Tea with almond milk (60).

Lunch (330): 1/2 sandwich of 1 slice ww bread (90), 4 slices tofurky (80), 2 T hummus (50), herb mix (5), 2 pickles (5), 5 grape tomatoes (10) and 1 cup butternut squash soup (90).

Snack (150): chocolate covered coconut square (150)

775 plus cheat meal - >

Dinner (cheat meal): Didn't really have a good way to count this...2 slices veggie pizza (artichoke and black olive). 2 glasses of sangria. assorted bites of hummus and brown rice crackers while waiting for the pizza.

Exercise: 200 sit-ups and started that 100 pushups programs...so about 10 -15 really crappily done pushups.

Lunch: Another faux-bibimbap (1 c diced mixed veggies, 1/2 c elbow noodles, 1 hard-boiled egg, 1 crushed nori seaweed sheet, mirin, soy sauce, fish sauce, lime, sriracha), 1 c watermelon, 1 brownie (435)
Snack: about 16 potato chips (homemade), 9 roasted almonds (160)
Dinner: 1 oz focaccia, 1/3 c probiotic yogurt, 1 c Kashi GoLean honey almond cereal, 1 bran muffin (448)

Total: 1093

No exercise. I've been so lazy the last couple of days.

Also, I really can't get my protein over 40 g a day. Even with Kashi, yogurt, bran, almonds, and an egg today. I think I need to find a way to get lentils into my diet almost every day.

Ugh. My food choices are getting worse and worse. Calorie range is fine, but since Ive been doing IF I've been spending my evening calories on junk food since I have so much to spare. Not good.

Lunch: 1/3 c yogurt with 1 c Kashi GoLean crunch and 1 sliced banana, 1 bran muffin, 1 c corn flakes with 1/2 c skim milk (624)
Dinner: The rest of the focaccia bread, about 2 bites of spaghetti with homemade tomato sauce, 2 fork fulls of stir fried veggies, 1 100-cal popcorn bag, 1 brownie (585)

Exercise: 15 minutes running on the treadmill, 15 minutes moderate effort on the stationary bike, 5 minutes abs, 10 minutes lifting

I'm going to join in here. I am sick and feeling restless because I can't exercise! I think it's good for me though. I've read the last page or 2 and see everyone has their ups and downs. Even if it's just a week or 2, it's such a small passage of time.

Keep in mind I'm sick and have a smaller appetite than normal, just a little on the low end without fruits/veggies
Today:
Bfast: Coffee, 2 tbs vanilla creamer (70)
lunch @2pm: home made pizza slice, mozz cheese only (guessing-420)/ 6oz Greek Yogurt (120)
Dinner: Turkey sandwich on WW bread (300), peppers (10), pepperjack cheese (120), EVOO (60), lettuce (??5??), unsweet organic Mint tea (0), soup (80), baby carrots (30)

Tot:1215

Dinner: 1/2 c homemade Thai green curry (with bell peppers and eggplant), a few spoonfuls of rice, 1 1/2 frozen bananas, 1/2 of the rest of my dark chocolate bar :P (466)

Today was the first non-disgusting day in a long time. Off to a rocky start and I didn't track calories, but this is just what I ate.

Breakfast (hotel breakfast buffet) 2 bowls miso soup, 1 and a half rice balls, 3-4 big bites of spaghetti with oil and herbs, a few (I lost count...maybe 5?) bite sized slices of bread with margarine/jam, green bean/burdock root mix, a couple bites of cole slaw. Jeez...

Lunch 1 Ritz "Crackerfuls" (130) and 1 plain yogurt (56)

Snack Chunk of bread with jam

Dinner Salad with spinach, bell pepper, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, 1 hard boiled egg, 5 bite sized pc. fried chicken, 1/2 a donut.

Exercise about 75 min walking, 25 min of which I was carrying very heavy groceries. 40 min Tae Bo Cardio, 100 crunches, planks, bird dogs, 20 pushups (after planks I couldn't do more...ughhh)

OMG! Can't believe I haven't logged in what I've been eating. Grumble grumble. I've been off-plan a bit, not CCing or measuring really. krampus, thank you for posting your food today, it's motivating me to tighten up and get back on track tomorrow.
