    I just had a mild "snack attack" with plain yogurt. Probably about 100 calories so not a huge deal, but it's a bit late to be eating.

    -Gnocchi (180)
    -Veggies: 1 small eggplant, 8 cherry tomatoes, 200g frozen broccoli/cauliflower/snap pea/carrot mix (140?)
    -Arrabbiata pasta sauce, sprinkle of shredded cheese (80?)
    -1 dekopon (citrus fruit), 13 seedless grapes (100)
