Smile Just Checking In

Helloooooo....it looks like everyone has thrown in the towel. Its been quiet around here. Although I must admit I have not done anything in a while, experincing burnout I guess. I intend on getting back on track the 1st of the year. I have to get past these holidays then maybe I can get focused. Anyways.....Happy Holidays!

so how is everyone doing so far? I am on day 5 and stick right to the plan! I've gone to the gym 2 days now and plan on going today. I love that i have a gym membership bc it makes me more motivated to go there. so i know im not wasting my money. and i go with my lil sis and her friend (who dont really need to lose weight, they are just toning) which keeps my spirit up and makes me wanna work out! I'm feeling great about myself, except for the fact i have a little head cold but hey its to be expected with this crazy weather we have here in MD. Anyway, write back guys...let me know how well you are doing!

Hi there, I'm on day 6 of Phase I and feeling GREAT, the 1st two days were rough, I had bad headaches due to the caffeine withdrawl. I cannot wait to weigh in on Friday morning. I've exercised every single day for a minimum of 30 minutes. My brother lost 40 lbs on this and when I saw him while visiting NY over the Christmas holiday I was in shock. He made me a believer.

I'm on day 7 and thankfully, this time, it has not been as rough as the first time i started it. i dont have caffeine withdrawl...i guess its because i was sticking to mostly water anyhow...but yeah...day 7 and im feeling really great about myself...

tho i must admit i cheated last night, my fiance and i went out to outback with my sister and her boyfriend and i had a little slice of the bread they serve, a cup of cream of potato, and a little bit of chicken...but i feel that it was all so healthy that it wasnt even that bad of a downfall...im back on track today tho...been drinking my water...had rice and some soup for lunch and will be heading to the gym tonight...cant wait for thurs. i wanna see some smaller numbers!

although i kno it might not b as big as i expect...you know TOM has to always mess it up!

Well Day 2 was rough but trying to stay positive and not quit. I worked out yesterday for 35 min at home. I was thinking about going to this aerobics class today that I used to go to but I think I am nervous and embarrassed cause I stopped going for bout 4 months that was when I started piling on the pounds. I just feel people will be judging me and I never was that insecure but lately I just feel that people are looking at me and saying she got so fat...I know its stupid to think that but oh well...insecurities

Good Morning everyone!

So I completed Phase 1 yesterday and of course, hopped on the scale this morning...&&&&&& i'm down 6 lbs! Very excited to see that lost! 6lbs gone and on the way to 54 more! I just ate my Life cereal (felt so good to have that) and will continue to have fruit and a yogurt for my snack and then lunch is 4 shrimp with some broccoli and brown rice...and a little brown sauce from the shrimp and broccoli!

Give me your post guys, let me know how you did!
