Nelle - Terrific job! You are doing great I have been following more of a "Phase 1.5" because I can't trust myself to add too many new foods. Pretty much within the detox guidelines and adding some different fruits, vegs, beans etc...Hang in there
Goaldown.....I'm glad to say I'm down 5lbs, I haven't changed my ticker yet b/c I am only losing the weight that I gained back.I'm staying on track however I had to repeat phase 1 twice, anyways I'm on phase 2 now I will keep you guys posted. Take Care!
I'm a little on the discouraged side. I hoped on the scale this morning and no weight loss. I have though, been doing some weight lifting so maybe im gaining muscle. I checked my inches and i have lost 2 inches around my tummy, and i can tell my stomach is going down. So i guess i gotta do some more cardio and try to get some weight down.
Goaldown don't be discourged....your doing great inches loss is still great! Just amp up you workouts like you said .....I think your just gaining muscle. Girl your doing great!

Don't get discouraged 2 inches is really great! And they do say muscle weighs more than fat because it is denser. Or think of it as being 2 inches closer to that 6 pack!

Hello everyone......I'm down 3lbs I am so glad! I have to keep this momentum going. Were doing the biggest loser at work and its really keeping me motivated having to weigh-in weekly. I will keep you all posted. Where is everyone its like a ghost town around here?

Hello everyone....I'm down another 3lbs. The weight is slowly but surely melting away. I think I'm seeing more of inches lost, either way is fine with me just as long as I see results! I hope you guys still have your heads in the game. I will keep you guys posted on my progess.
congrats miss vee...i keep jumping around on my weight loss..last friday i was down to 185 but today i weighed in and im back up to 186.9...its been a bad week, i havent really been staying on track this week...im still eating as healthy as i can, but throw in a couple snacks here in there...im back on track today...i think if i dont get some weight loss next week, im going to go back to phase 1.
