Ok had a bad day...I ate...I lost count of how many pieces...candy. There were Heshey Kisses involved as well as gum which has a lot of sugar. Don't feel too bad I just know that I have to finish off the day strong. There was soooooo much cake floating around the office...It was someone's B-day and another's last day of work. But I was good and wasn't even tempted cause that would have been a HUGE setback. I will go home and get a good a workout. Hope everyone is doing well and that we can get through the weekend.

Oh girls - just hop back on and move forward! It took me forever to get started and I have such a long way to go but just pushing myself forward and I have to admit I feel 100 times better. I wasted alot of time jumping from program from progam and just kept gaining This program seems a great fit. Keep good snacky foods with you in times of trouble I never ate veggies before and now go crazy at the grocery! Hang in there

GoalDown50 - Great job

I'm new here, looking for support to keep me from cheating! I started Extreme Fat Smash on Mon at 157 lbs. Today is day 6 of Cycle 1. I have no issues with working out. I workout at a bootcamp 4 mornings a week. I walked 30 minutes with my husband 1 day and ran 30 minutes & rode the stationary bike for 30 min today. As soon as I see that I am losing I start sabotaging myself, "you can have another, it won't hurt." So I thought I'd try this site out for support. thanks for letting me crash your party!

Hello everyone. I am hanging in there. One more day on the Detox...Yay. I cant wait to have some cereal. The weekend was rough but I made it. I will admit I am getting a little tired of the brown rice and veggies but I will push through till Wednesday. I took a peak at the scale and so far 4 lbs weight loss. Official weigh in day will be on Wednesday morning so I wont change my ticker till then. Happy Smashing.

Good morning everyone,
I have started monday on the FAT SMASH diet, I do like it, it is easy to follow and I don't feel hungry at all, which is GREAT!!
My starting weight on monday I am ashamed to say was 215lbs, I am one of these people that can't stay of the scale, I have to weigh myself every morning when dieting, so as of today I already lost 4 1/2 lbs.

Starting weight 01/14/2008: 215 lbs
mini goal for 03/01/2008: 190 lbs
Ultimate goal for 07/15/2008: 150 lbs

I think that if you are having a tough time doing EFS and have alot of weight to lose, it is a great idea to do FS. You will learn to eat healthy and eventually the cravings will subside. It seems like a more sensible plan for life. I am doing EFS simply because I have 25 lbs to lose and I have a wedding and vacation coming up in 2 months! It is kicking my butt though.

Well Detox ended on Wed and I am happy to report a 6lb weight loss. So far Phase 2 Isn't working out they way I planned, but my eating habits are a little better than they were before. So today is a detox day. I still have cravings for fattening food and sugar seems to be my downfall. I am trying to hang in there.
