Rosebud: You are also in my prayers. BTW, my brother's name is Larry. He was diagnosed with lung cancer almost 2 years ago and it has spread to his lymph nodes. the chemo got rid of the cancer in his lymph nodes and medication is keeping the tumors in his lungs from growing at present. Then he showed a couple of tumors on his brain. He had gamma knife surgery to eliminate those but more have come back. He is having radiation for those right now. He is amazing with his positive attitude and his faith in God is such an example for all of us. I really appreciate the prayers going up for him. He has an autistic 16 year old son who really needs him.

I "texted" with Amber yesterday and was so HAPPY that she decided that she was not returning to her job as manager at a liquor store (said she doesn't want to wrok around all the liquor and drunks) and will be checking into Walmart! She has a relative who works in a "upper" position there and hoping that she can get started there soon. At least it will be steady work and she will have insurance. Praying that things work out for her! She praised my son and said he was wonderful through all this and only left her side when he had to go to work. I'm really hoping that they continue down the right path and find life can really be happy WITHOUT ALCOHOL!!
Feeling pretty zapped today but able to eat. I am going to need a blood transfusion, common and easy just takes all day. My blood work showed something real high, iron? Anyway that is being checked into.
PRAYER REQUEST ~ our friend Maggie has to re-do all her driving tests soon. She's kinda nervous and upset about it; and I know she would appreciate prayers about this matter ... thanks!
