60 min on my friend the elliptical.

I love that thing so much. I always wanted to run but can't, at least not at this weight, because I have bad knees that can't take the pressure (heck, i doubt i'll be able to run much even at my goal weight - i've lost 80 lbs and still the darned things hurt when I do too much thumping on them). Elliptical makes me so happy! All the "running" motion with none of the horrible bone grinding impact.

mandalinn, I love the elliptical too, and I never thought I'd want to run, but I've been getting into it. Unfortunately, I just sprained my knee yesterday and spent the evening in the emergency room. Ack!! I'm freaking out about the prospect of not doing cardio for a while and getting set back in my running. The pain is bad, but I'm more worried about not being able to work out!!!

Oh, thats the worst! Heres for a quick recovery for you! In the meantime, my gym has this fabulous cardio machine where you sit and basically its like a stationary bike for your arms - I've seen people really get the cardio going on it! Rowing machines, too, can be done 1-legged.

50 min elliptical, 50 min UB/abs

After a week and half of laziness (which I will blame on PMS and work craziness) I did 26 min of walking at school today.
