    Saturday - 3 hours of serious cleaning
    Today - Ran 2 miles, Walked 2 miles
  • New to this thread, but need to boost the exercise this month.

    11/2--2 Biggest Loser workouts for 45 minutes
    11/3--nada2
    11/4--0
    11/5--1 hour walking outside--just about 4 miles
  • 70 min walk outside
    30 min strength training (total body)
  • Just started
    I just started running and I am already up to three miles!!!! I still dread it though, any suggestions? I used to be in the military and I am so down on myself for a.) gainning one hundred and forty pounds during my pregnancy and b.) letting myself get so out of shape. Steady does it though right?
  • 20 min on the elliptical, 18.5 on the treadmill
  • 11/2 - 30 minutes elliptical, 30 minutes
    11/3 and 11/4 same as above
    11/5 - 35 minutes elliptical, 30 minutes weights
  • Friday night:

    25 min. treadmill
    20 min. elliptical

    Saturday:

    25 elliptical
    25 treadmill

    Sunday: no exercise, just shopping
  • 80 mins of walking last Thursday
    30 mins yoga last Friday

    I'm aiming for some walking today, we'll see!
  • Saturday - 50 min UB/abs strength.
  • Saturday: Pilates, toning, legs and arms weight exercises.

    Sunday: Cardio, weights for arms.

    Today: Cardio, pilates, and weights for arms.
  • Saturday -- 5k treadmill, back workout
    Sunday -- rest
    Monday -- 30 mins legs, 30 mins treadmill
  • 2.75 mile walk
  • 35 min elliptical
    20 min treadmill walk
  • 15 min walk at work
    9 min Taebo (I ran out of time before I had to leave for grad class in the evening.)

    We're aiming for walking, Taebo and elliptical tomorrow!
