LOL, Rebeca! My husband loved Men's Fitness magazine too. Until he realized I enjoyed the photos. HAHAHA. At least he gets off the couch once in awhile now. Long walks in the dark are romantic, even if you are sweaty & tired.

Walked/Jogged for 40 minutes (11 min total jog). I am increasing my endurance in the jogging portion, so I will keep adding minutes and then will one day increase my speed. We've had a cool down of temps this week and that has really helped, I believe.

It is never to late to join Donna. Welcome!

I had a blow out day yesterday but if I slot things in properly, I should be able to jog some before work at 3 and maybe some chest and triceps today.

Last night, another 40 minutes of walk/jog. I am starting the Couch to 5k program off of CoolRunning.com. I need to get a stopwatch as I tried to count out the "seconds" but realized from my cellphone clock that I was off. So I did the program for about 30 minutes, then walked a mile for the remaining 10. The program only calls for three days/week, so I will probably just walk tonight depending on how I feel.

Last night we went out dancing... we were there from 11 until 2!
I am not going to count that as exercise, just because, and it was too much fun!

This morning - stability ball, crunches, and about 45 min of cardio - and one was cardio/strength training, so I get to count as a leg workout for today. Yay!

Will try to get in arms if I can later in day.
