Hi Ladies
So glad I found the "Curves Group". I just had my first weigh/measure/workout on April 22. I'm loving it so far. I have gone everyday since I started except today. Today I decided to walk on the treadmill to mix things up a little bit and let me tell you it really made me miss Curves.
I was going to do a protein diet but I have decided I am going to try to eat healthy. I have heard if you eat 5 or 6 healthy small meals a day it helps you lose so that is what I am trying.
I have lost and gained weight so many times in my life and I just want to be healthy so I can watch my kids grow and give me lots of grandkids
