The biggest key to hooping is a large hoop and the right technique. Most people need to push front and back or side to side. My hoop comes up to my chest. Hoops should be at your waist or to your chest. The larger the hoop the easier it is to keep it up. ^_^
Have you ever seen Valentina/Unity's videos? She bellydances and hoops.
