yesterday, i did for the first time 30day shred, i did level 1, 2 and 3 all in one workout! i'm used to working out for 1 hour cause of p90x, so i thought i would do all 3 levels, but i did the modified version !! and i took breaks though! but it was great, felt like jillian was my personal trainer and i was a contestant on biggest loser haha.
oh just realised its november!! time for a new thread! great job everyone.
