Oct 13: 47 mins on Stairmaster, 6 mins ab workout, 46 mins upper body weight workout.
Oct 15: 40 mins on Stairmaster, 20 mins lower body weight workout.
Oct 16: 60 mins Step workout, 8 mins ab workout.
Angie is at a yoga retreat but the girls and I did the Starbucks walk this morning...and skipped the coffee...just kept on going...we were on a roll....did the 4 miles in one hour 5 minutes...and that was with 2 poos...throwing my son's paper from the drive to his porch when we passed and a lot of sniffy sniffs...
Today i did it! i moved onto the next level in C25K, today i did week 2! it was hard, i tell ya! but i pushed through. i've been doing week 1 phase for a month or so and too nervous to go to the next level, but i felt it was ready to move on and push myself even though week 1 wasnt a walk in the park for me either.
