thurs-cardio coach v 6
Friday-step aerobics + abb work
Sat-fullbody workout
sun-rest
Narnia99-thanks for the welcome...Love cardio coach. He had a sale last year(5$) and i jumped on it and purchased volumes 1-6 Im so glad i did...there so fun.
Didn't run yesterday... but I went to a rave... and danced for three straight hours! It was so much fun and I think I made up for my bad eating... I hope!
