Sep 3- 1.5 hour Olympic weightlifting (great lifts, made it to 110lb squats @ 3 x 5 reps)
Sep 4- off recovery
Sep 5- 1 hour Olympic weightlifting + 2 mile run (shouldn't have run first - couldn't get squats past 100lbs)

Narnia99 09-06-2009 02:54 PM

Hi everyone :)
This week has been so busy I haven't had time to checkin. I've only done 3 workouts this month so I really need to step it up. Once my children go back to school, I will have more time.

Sept 6th: 37 mins on the Stairmaster + 10 mins of abs.

I missed a lot of posts but I quickly looked back and it's great to see that everyone has been so active :bike2: :running: :exercise: :bravo:

Echo it's nice to see! We've missed you!

Have a wonderful day everyone :dancer:

ps I'm a HUGE True blood fan!! absolutely LOVE Eric!!! I cant wait for the season finale!

Hmmm interesting True Blood season one just premiered on channel 4 in July in England. Season two won't be shown until October, are you a time traveler Echo? Are you in America visiting? The character Eric was a bit part in the first season; most people say they love Bill. Season two is presently only showing here in America and Canada. If you read the books I understand that Eric is very different in them and you might be disappointed in season two.

My favorite character is Godric from season two of True Blood that character was so mellow, chill and wise and I love the character Lafayette that gay tranny, that character is very funny. I will stop there so I won’t give anything away as its all season two stuff, which people in England will get to see in October. Unless you live in America or Canada. ;) Welcome back.

IgetfitNStrongforme 09-06-2009 05:59 PM

I just finished my last 45 minutes of :ebike: exercise of the day. :carrot:

Everyone have a great night, I'll see you tomorrow. :)

Onederchic 09-06-2009 06:07 PM

I met my August goals so I'm going to increase Septembers just a tad (considering there is one less day in September....)

My goals are to work out 24 days AND 1300 minutes in September (my goals for August were 22 days and 1200 minutes).

So far....

September 1: none
September 2: 65 minutes spinning class
September 3: 60 minutes hip hop class
September 4: 45 minutes running on treadmill
September 5: 45 minutes elliptical

Total: 4 days
215 minutes

September 6: 45 minutes elliptical

Total: 5 days
260 minutes

Onederchic 09-06-2009 06:32 PM

:woohoo: for Michele!!

Diva 09-06-2009 07:26 PM

I do think Echo is talking about season 2 because we were talking about the "dream" scenes with Eric, so I dunno how she's seeing it, but I think she is.
I love me some Lafayette too!

Onederchic 09-06-2009 07:34 PM

That is very strange because only channel 4 in England is contracted to show True Blood, and as I wrote before season two doesn't start showing until October on channel 4 and no DVD copies are currently available for season two and you can't watch them at HBO either this is confusing and you can't watch full episodes on You Tube either hmmmm this is a puzzle. Echo do you really live in London? Are you even a girl? LOL J/K :dizzy:
Echo how are you watching True Blood?

Diva 09-06-2009 10:25 PM

LOL...Okay Red. Whatever you say Dear. ;)

I am not sure what you mean, I am joking with Echo. I think you have taken it the wrong way, it was not about you in anyway. It wasn't a dig or an insult toward you, I was joking with Echo and used your quote, and I am sure she is seeing True Blood season two. I am sorry if you misunderstood my teasing Echo.

I'm so impressed with everyone's work over the holiday weekend!

I took Friday and Saturday off (unless you count trolling around a local book festival), but did 30 minutes of aerobics today.

lookergirl76 09-07-2009 01:11 AM

Sep 1st- 60 min. bike level 6, 20 minute upper body weights
Sep 2nd- 60 min elliptical level 7
Sep 3rd- none
Sep 4th- 40 min turbo sculpt with 5# weights, 60 min walk
Sep 5th- 60 min elliptical level 7, 70 min walk
Sep 6th- 40 min turbo sculpt, 20 min ab jam

I started off good then feel asleep so might do more in a bit. Way to late to walk! I ordered the urban rebounder today figured something different to do and I can watch tv at same time.
