Hi everyone :)
This week has been so busy I haven't had time to checkin. I've only done 3 workouts this month so I really need to step it up. Once my children go back to school, I will have more time. Sept 6th: 37 mins on the Stairmaster + 10 mins of abs. I missed a lot of posts but I quickly looked back and it's great to see that everyone has been so active :bike2: :running: :exercise: :bravo: Echo it's nice to see! We've missed you! Have a wonderful day everyone :dancer: |

My favorite character is Godric from season two of True Blood that character was so mellow, chill and wise and I love the character Lafayette that gay tranny, that character is very funny. I will stop there so I won’t give anything away as its all season two stuff, which people in England will get to see in October. Unless you live in America or Canada. ;) Welcome back. |
